These terms govern your use of adaviano.com. The site presents the products we distribute to the US trade and lets buyers request a quotation — it is not a shop.

1. Agreement to these terms

adaviano.com is operated by Adashire LLC, a Georgia limited liability company trading as AdaViano. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. What this site is

This site exists to present the products we distribute in the United States and to let trade buyers ask us for a quotation. It is a wholesale information site, not an online store.

• No prices are published and nothing on the site can be bought through it.
• No payment is taken, and no payment details are collected, anywhere on the site.
• Nothing on the site is an offer capable of acceptance, or a commitment to supply any product, quantity or specification.

3. Trade inquiries and quotations

A quote request submitted through the site is an invitation for us to quote — it does not create a contract. A contract of sale arises only when we issue a written quotation or order confirmation and you accept it. Where our written quotation, confirmation or terms of sale differ from anything shown on this site, the written document governs.

4. Product information

Product descriptions, specifications, calibration ranges, certifications, origins and images are provided for general guidance and are drawn from information supplied by the producer. Harvests vary, and specifications and availability change. We do not warrant that the information on the site is complete, current or error-free, and we may change it at any time without notice.

Photographs are illustrative. Packaging, labeling and the appearance of goods supplied may differ from the images shown.

5. No health or regulatory claims

Any nutritional or compositional information on the site is general information about the product category and is not dietary, medical or regulatory advice. Buyers are responsible for satisfying themselves that a product, its labeling and its intended use comply with the laws and standards applying in their market.

6. Acceptable use

• Use the site for lawful purposes and for genuine trade inquiries only.
• Do not submit false information, other people’s details without authority, or unsolicited commercial messages.
• Do not scrape, copy, mirror or systematically extract the site, or use automated means to overload or interfere with it.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, its servers or any connected system.

7. Intellectual property

The site — its text, layout, design, graphics and product photography — is owned by or licensed to Adashire LLC and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may view the site and print or download extracts for your own internal business evaluation. Any other use, including reproduction, publication or commercial exploitation, requires our written permission.

Product names, brands and marks of the producer remain the property of their respective owners and are used here to identify the goods we distribute.

8. Third-party links and services

The site may link to, or embed services from, third parties, including a chat widget. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.

9. Availability

We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend, withdraw or change all or part of the site without notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Adashire LLC and its members, officers and employees will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost business or lost data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the site. Our total liability arising out of the site will not exceed one hundred US dollars (US$100). Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Adashire LLC against any claim, loss or expense arising from your misuse of the site or your breach of these terms.

13. Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. The state and federal courts located in Cobb County, Georgia will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from the site, and you consent to that venue.

14. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms at any time by posting the updated version here and changing the effective date above. Continued use of the site after a revision means you accept it.

15. General

If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, the rest remain in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between us regarding the site.
